ORDERING
Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store on the left side. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from RobertSabuda.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, click “CHECKOUT!” or "Continue Shopping" to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart.
If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, check the box at the left of the product and click the “Remove” button. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your shopping cart, click the "CHECKOUT!" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
Sign In
If you are a new customer, choose “Continue” under the New Customer option. Click here for more information on CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT. For those who already have an account, enter your email and password and click “Sign In!”
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Currently, we do not ship to post office boxes. Please provide a street address where your shipment can be delivered.
Choose a Shipping Method
All orders shipped within the US have the option to be sent either FedEx Ground or FedEx 3 Day Express Saver. International orders will be shipped out Federal Express International Economy. Packages sent FedEx Ground are expected to arrive to USA destinations within two weeks. Packages sent FedEx 3 Day Express Saver should arrive within 3 days of your order. International destinations will be two to four weeks.

If there is more than one item in your order: We will ship items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You will be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment.
The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
Provide Payment Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, a check, money order, or cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready click the “Continue” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the “Your Account” button on the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.

RETURN POLICY
You may return most items sold by RobertSabuda.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Send items to:

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

USING YOUR ACCOUNT
Forgot My Password
If you have forgotten your password, go to the LOG IN and clink on the link “Password forgotten? Click here” under Returning Customer. Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
To create a new account, simply click the “Continue” button on the SIGN IN page under New Customer. You will need to provide your personal information as well as create a password for your account. Once your account has been created, click “Continue” to proceed with your checkout or product search. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.
