| Connor Moran of Naperville, Illinois has taken the art of paper sculpture to a completely new level.
Working with simple white paper, young Connor (about 11 or 12 years old) works in a combination of origami and ingenuity to bring his amazingly 3-dimensional works alive.
His subject matter, crosses all categories, including living creatures like the eagle shown here.

| Not limiting himself to working with just one piece of paper, Connor also delves into the fantastic with a trio of outrageous creatures.
A defiant, winged monster stands at attention.
Amazingly, some of the creatures even convey a sense of character or emotion through very subtle adjustments to the paper.

| Connor obviously has an interest in space and science fiction as can be seen from his transportation vehicles like this moon walker.
The film "Star Wars" is nicely represented as well with this All-terrain Scout Transport (ATST).
An X-wing fighter, from the same film series, is set to take off in this paper prodigy's world. Connor's mother wanted him to meet Robert and Matthew so badly that she raced to his soccer practice, dragged him off the field and brought him to the store! It was one event that all parties were glad they attended!
