| Step 4: Mountain fold the piece marked #5. Reopen the piece and apply a very thin layer of white glue (not too much glue or the paper will wrinkle!) to the entire interior. Fold the piece shut and allow it to dry. Repeat all of these steps with the piece marked #1. |
Step 5: Alternately mountain and valley fold the two side accordion panels marked A and B. IMPORTANT: Make sure you pay close attention to which folds are mountain folds and which are valley folds. |
Step 6: Take the side accordion panel marked as A and apply glue all along area 1A. |

| Step 7: Lay piece #1 over the corresponding glue area 1A. Press firmly until glue is dry. |
Step 8: Take the side accordion panel marked as B and apply glue all along area 1B. |
Step 9: Attach accordion B to the glue area 1B. |

| Step 10: On piece #2, mountain fold both tabs back. |
Step 11: Apply glue to areas 2A and 2B. |
Step 12: Attach tabs from piece 2 to glue areas #2A and #2B. Repeat steps 10 –12 with pieces #3 and #4. |
