Fingerpaint Butterfly

Step 1

Get yourself some brightly colored finger paints (but don’t stick your finger in yet like Matthew just did!)

Step 2

Take a piece of white or colored construction paper and hold it lengthwise.

Step 3

Fold the paper in half to make a card…

Step 4

.…and crease with your finger or thumb to make a crisp fold.

Step 5

Open the card up and lay on a flat surface.

Step 6

Dip your finger into the lightest, brightest color of your finger paints. Make sure you use plenty of paint, don’t be stingy!
