Hung Hsin-Fu worked at the Shih Hsin University. Department of Graphic Communications and Technology, (formerly the Department of Printing and Photography) from 1993 – 1998. Hung Hsin-Fu has devoted himself to paper art for more than a decade and is one of the most outstanding paper artists in Taiwan. Besides his own creations, he also teaches classes in many schools, clubs and private studios. As the founder of Fu-Fong Publishing Co. and Hung Hsin-Fu Paper Studio, Hung also publisesh 3D paper books to promote 3D paper art in Taiwan.
Hung's 3D paper artwork isexhibited in Taiwan and throughout the world including USA, Germany, Japan, China, Belgium, Hong Kong, Europe and Central America.
