The wonderful Church Farmhouse Museum, located in the London suburb, Hendon, is currently exhibiting a retrospective of pop-up books.
The museum is a converted farmhouse, including the surrounding grounds, that offers free creative and educational out reach programs for local schools and the community. One of the museum’s claim to fame is that each December the 1850’s dining room is entirely decorated for a Victorian Christmas. Besides exhibition space, the museum also has a small Gift Shop offering books, toys and cards.
The pop-up book exhibit will be on display until March 19, 2006.
